The beautiful gardens at Lear House really lend themselves to the occasional party. We decided to have a garden party this June and throw the house and gardens open to visitors and friends and family alike.

We’re really proud of all of the refurbishments that have taken place so far and we wanted to share this with everyone.

Many of the residents and their families joined us for a glass of Pimms and a cream tea in the restaurant and residents lounge, whilst others enjoyed the glorious sunshine out in the garden seated on our colourful benches.

We placed banners all around the village and we attracted several visitors who popped in to learn more about us and to chat about their future care needs, or those of their loved ones. We really enjoyed welcoming them to our beautiful home and of course reminded them that they are welcome to visit anytime to chat further – as is anyone else who wants to say hello and know more.
