We recently had the pleasure of welcoming back The Owl Man, John Hawkins, for another unforgettable afternoon at Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby. John brought along his feathered friends Sam, Holly and Otis the owls—and let’s not forget Chrissie the skunk, who was a hit with everyone!
Residents had the chance to hold one of the smaller owls or enjoy a cuddle with Chrissie. John’s visits are always a highlight, as he shares fascinating insights into his work and the incredible lives of these animals. It’s a delightful mix of education, interaction and pure joy!
